A 19th-century workshop in the heart of Soho, W1F, was transformed into six exceptional apartments, combining historic character with cutting-edge design. New basements were added, creating additional living spaces, while some apartments feature indulgent saunas and wine cellars.

All homes are finished to the highest standards, with sustainable features including photovoltaic panels, merging luxury and environmental responsibility. Thoughtful planning, bespoke detailing, and careful restoration ensure that each apartment balances contemporary comfort with Soho’s vibrant, historic character.
